The Lemon Car Law
In order for a nation or a city to thrive, it needs governing laws to ensure that everybody is on the same page. Countries need laws in order to properly govern people and control situations so as not to lead to chaos and more problems.
Here at Allen Stewart, we are composed of a team of highly experienced attorneys that allow for great defenses and case outcomes for our clients. We strongly believe in the need to advocate more for justice and fairness in our society, especially for those who are not able to speak for themselves.
What is the Lemon Car Law?
Plainly speaking, the Lemon Law is distinctly created to deal with car and vehicle issues. You’re probably wondering why would there be a need for a government law like such when car issues can easily be addressed by the stores or companies themselves.
Beyond the spotlight of flashy sale prices and inviting offers, there is this other side of car manufacturing companies that have not been paid much attention to. At least not before the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The said government Act stated that companies should always make it clear to the customers the warranty terms and qualifications for their purchases.
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act also requires businesses and vendors to present their warranty terms and conditions in easily understandable statements and words in order to allow a vast range of people to be able to understand it.
The Lemon Car Law was birthed out from the above mentioned Warranty Act. The difference between the two is that the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act is an absolute law that needs to be observed throughout the entire country of the United States. While the Lemon Car law varies from one state to another.
Allen Stewart and State Laws
Allen Stewart is composed of the most successful young litigators in the United States. Which is why we are sure to be able to cater even to the very different Lemon Law applications for each state.
What drives us is our commitment and passion to pursue justice and truth that is due for our clients. The tendency nowadays is that large businesses tend to bully around those small complainants until they get tired and choose to back out on their requests and complaints instead.
And surrender is not what justice looks like. But what justice and equality mean is that the voices of the people are heard and are not just brushed off, but defended well. And this is what we strive to do at Allen Stewart.
Our goal is to provide high-grade level services to our clients. And we believe that this is greatly impacted by how willing we are into establishing a just and better society that actually conforms to the laws of the state.
