Tonawanda Factories Offered e3 Incentives to Clean up Their Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA )has chosen Tonawanda, New York to implement, the new e3 program, which stands for economy, energy, and environment. Companies in the area are offered incentives for companies to develop internal programs designed to clean up the environment.
